Over 20 years ago, a group of children were born as a result of an experimental DNA project. The children allegedly had special abilities. The backlash from religious and civil rights groups began almost immediately. Over the next couple of years, Indigo Labs became a very secretive corporation. In fact, the last time anybody has seen or heard from an Indigo Kid was over ten years ago. Indigo Labs refuses to acknowledge their existence and says the kids were placed in foster homes and live very normal lives.
#23 has returned to Indigo Labs to get what's hers. Her enhanced DNA sequence stored on the Indigo server. Agent Jet has been ordered to capture #23 for questioning. She has been tracking #23 for a few weeks, and now, she has #23 in her sights.

#23's enhanced DNA contains four times more data.
Her speed and intelligence are bound inside her DNA.
An Indigo Chimera is incapable of fear or remorse.

Making films. Having fun.
My name is Troy Hayes. I've been directing and producing TV commercials for over 30 years. I am currently the Creative Director of an ad agency called The Aviation Agency. We specialize in aviation marketing.

I've made commercials for Budweiser, McDonald's, Wheaties, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Carnival Cruise Lines, The Florida Lottery, and many more. You can see some of my work here.

The time has come for me to make a short film. The kind of film I've been trying to make for years. This is a passion project for me.
​
I'm a big fan of female action movies like Atomic Blonde, Salt, Columbiana, and way back to La Femme Nikita and Aeon Flux.

THE MISSION
Using my talent for good.
In most action movies and almost all horror movies, the woman is a victim. I think it's time to make movies in which the woman is the hero.
So, I write scripts about woman characters that take care of business on their own. They don't need a man to ride in on his white horse and save them.

With that in mind, my mission is to raise money to shoot these films and then donate 50% to women's charities and causes that support the advancement of women's rights and equality. So that women can be the heroes of their own lives in the way they are the heroes of my films.
